📦 Shipping Times

We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible—once an order is placed, it’s promptly processed and handed off to our shipping partners. Please note the estimated transit times below (business days):

  • United States: 5-12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5-12 business days

  • Australia: 7-12 business days

  • Canada: 7-12 business days

  • Europe: 7-12 business days

We stand behind our products with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right, whether that means tips for better results, trying another product, or a refund depending on the situation.

Please note:

  • Refunds require clear photo/video evidence of product usage and results to qualify.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

📦 Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must request a return within 15 days after delivery.

If your item qualifies:

  1. Send a photo of the unopened product to our support team at hello@klyvis.com.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send the return address and instructions.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll process a full refund of your order subtotal (excluding shipping).

🕒 Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be completed by your bank or card provider.

 🚚 Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or offer a suitable resolution. To help us process this quickly, please include:

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • A clear photo/video of the damaged item and the packaging.
